It looks like my problem Palmsim crashing problem was I didn't have enough memory on my WinMe machine. I had 128M. I just added another 256M, bringing the total up to 384M and everything seems to be okay now (though the T3 emulator's still struggling a little, but atleast it's running, which it wasn't before).
