$ find ./ -name "*Lib.h" -print
./Core/System/ExgLib.h
./Core/System/IrLib.h
./Extensions/ExpansionMgr/FSLib.h
./Extensions/ExpansionMgr/SlotDrvrLib.h
./Libraries/AddressSort/AddressSortLib.h
./Libraries/CPMLib/CPMLib.h
./Libraries/ExgLocal/ExgLocalLib.h
./Libraries/Pdi/PdiLib.h
./Libraries/Sms/SmsLib.h
./Libraries/SSL/SslLib.h

hmm.. lookie there - even a smslib.h within the *standard*
OS5 sdk distribution - sure you been looking hard enough? :)
you might find the 'NetLib' functions within NetMgr.h?
(where they have always been)
