I use 68K+armlet in my project now. After I compile it,the warnning dialog popup: PalmRez Warning: Output resource size is greater than ~64K size limit: 'ARMC 1000'
I know it need add segments and drag some file into new segment when I use 68K project.
There is a very similar question on the more appropriate pno-forum. In it's answer, you'll see that CW supports .sbin files where the linker handles chunking your PNO into multiple parts for you at 68K link time. This is also covered in the 9.2 release notes.
