Does anyone have any experience creating operations that work on individual samples before putting them back into the stream? For reference' sake, let's say we wanted to create an echo effect on an incoming stream (or stored one) before sending the new stream to the audio outputs. So far, I have only seen examples of playing out an intact stream or creating an intact stream, which does not give me access to all of the individual samples as they swim past, in the stream.
