It's part of the core OS5 builds now on at least Sony and Palm
devices. You'll have to build your own and install it on <OS5 devices, but
that's simple too. There's even an ARM port of the zlib library, which can
be installed to replace the one in the OS proper, for an even greater
speed advantage for unpacking/packing data structures:
