I read "Application Startup and Stop" article, and find the following information: Each client can add information to the notification's parameter block, allowing the data to be accumulated for all clients. This style of notification could be used, for example, to build a menu dynamically by letting each client add its own menu text. The sysNotifyMenuCmdBarOpenEvent is similar to this style of notification.
I search "sysNotifyMenuCmdBarOpenEvent" in "Palm OS Reference" ,and find it is used "add a button to the menu command bar or to suppress the menu command bar." I want to add a menu item to system menu(e.g: Edit),and don't add a button. Please help me,and thanks. -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
