Which is why I was surprised to see Metrowerks bundling it since I assume someone kicked a copy around first.
When we bundled it, it was the best PilRC-format editor available, and we didn't have the time to develop it ourselves. If you use it mainly to do initial layout and then tweak the RCP files it generates, it can work pretty well. We also couldn't foresee that support and development on it would stop during the life span of our V9 product.
Note, we also include Handspring's RscEdit with CodeWarrior -- its in the Handspring Tools folder, and with the changes added in PilRC 3.1, it should product files that will compile with PilRC. It doesn't support the latest resource features, and it isn't very graphical.
