Hi My app lets users create image data. This data has the same creator type as that of my application. DBs (there are 4 in all) are therefore hidden not visible in the Palm Applications views (and delete utility).
Now, I would like to add the ability to export some of that data, to separate databases. I am guessing that I will have to use a different creator type for the exported databases, so that these may visible to (and beamable by) the user. I am further guessing that this would require that I register 2 creator ids from Palm: one for the main app (and its data), and one for exported items. Can anyone confirm this?
