If you read my message a few days back, you'll find that I had the same problem.
Look for the message "PenInputMgr.h - cannot include." In summary, you'll need to load up the BuildAll.mcp project, remove all object code, rebuild. If you get any error messages saying that Palm_Headers cannot be found (by any of the projects) - just add the precompiled header to that project and it'll fix it.
