OK !!!!!!! Thanks a lot !!
The answer was:
PalmOS_Headers was in two places: ...\CW for Palm OS Support\Precompiled Headers
and
..\Palm OS Support\Incs\PalmOS_Headers
Rebuilding the headers (which I had done about ten times) rebuilt the first one. After I copied from the first location to the second all was OK.
I know what precompiled headers are, but am new to the logistics of CW. Not quite sure why all that was necessary.
PalmSource removed the precompiled header build files when moving from the 5.0 to 5.0R2 SDKs. Depending on how you install 5.0R2/R3 and the 9.2 patch, this can leave an old copy of the precompiled header in your system, since 9.2 tries to fix the problem by putting a copy of the build file for PalmOS_Headers in the CW for Palm OS tree.
