It seems that this SclSetScrollBar does not line a max value greater than 35K (since it's an Int16 instead of a UInt16.).
I need to be able to build a scroll bar that works with very large scroll pages. Is there a work-around? Currently we are using almost a 1000 pages of text and support pixel scrolling, hence why this number ends-up being around 40-50K.
