I use codewarrior9.2,and create a PNO project,so I don't find the .map file.
Did you turn on linker map generation in the 68K Linker panel? I don't think the 68K side is your problem -- nothing looks big there. It is likely the size of the .bin or .sbin file that you are linking into your PRC, something you don't show in your JPEGs.
