Hm, so you're taking the hard road instead of starting with the easy parts. Strange. For most developers trying to stay up to date and ensure compatibility, a PalmSim 6, plus the Cobalt docs and headers might be all they need. I can't imagine many people immediately starting with full-fledged ARM projects on a 0.1.x tools version anyway.
