There are some logistical issues being worked out, related to the fact that the download is 250MB, and there are 300,000 developers who may want it (not counting Aaron and David). :-)
250 MB? Surely you considered breaking it up into individual parts, e.g. only the simulator, or just the plugins for people who already have Eclipse and/or cygwin?
OOC, have you considered something like BitTorrent? This _is_ explicitly what it was
designed for, after all.
