Please describe the problem in such detail that it can be reproduced. Or
file a bug report. Or take it up on the Cygwin mailing lists. Please.
If you want to help improve it, then you need to provide this level of
detail for your report to be helpful. Otherwise it's just vague innuendo.
And that's pretty much the definition of FUD.
