Make a notification go on to one of your programs once you are in the keyboard and look in reverse order the open databases. This can perhaps work for languages supported by palm. But I don't think Hebrew is one of them, last time is saw a Hebrew palm it was with a hack and each hack is just a hack: no uniformity.
