So, are you saying that as long as I can make my 68k app run on the OS4
emulator ROM, it will run with OS6?

No. However, there's a good chance it will run, perhaps with minor changes. You need to test your app on debug versions of OS 4 in POSE and the debug versions of PalmSim running Palm OS 5 and 6. If you're using a language with a runtime component, you should check with the language vendor to see if their runtime is certified for the new operating systems.
