I have a general question about the best practices for running network applications on the Palm.
I have an OS5 (Garnet) application that I need to continue to keep receiving network traffic. I can get notfied of the request to sleep and constantly say NO to the request, and I can turn off the screen when that request is made to try to conserve battery life. 1) Is this the best solution? 2) Is there any other things I should power down? 3) Do the rest of the applications get notified of the request even though I say NO?
