Is there any code that executes if the startup command is NOT sysAppLaunchCmdNormalLaunch? And if that's the case, does this code use global variables?
good luck, Caspar -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jeremy Sent: Wednesday, March 10, 2004 5:33 PM To: Palm Developer Forum Subject: Tungsten T3 DIA Trouble - Crash on Soft Reset I previously posted a problem about my program working on the T3 emulator but not on a real T3 device. Since that time I have purchased a real T3 for testing my software. I still am having the same problem. My program runs flawlessly on the T3 emulator. Gremlins can't even find a problem. The DIA routines which I modeled after SampleCollapse_R3 work fine. My program also works fine on the T3 without the AppSlipRotate.prc and StatusBarLib.prc added in. The problem begins when I add the AppSlipRotate.prc and StatusBarLib.prc to the T3. I HotSync them both simultaneously, and the T3 does it's normal reset. That's no problem. The program also works fine on the T3. I even have run it in debug mode via USB without any problems. The problem is that when I have my program and AppSlipRotate.prc and StatusBarLib.prc loaded into the T3, and if I do a SOFT RESET then then the T3 goes into an infinite Fatal Error loop, and will not stop without a Hard reset. I have no problems when running the program, only with a Soft reset. This is perplexing, and I don't know how to isolate this problem to debug it. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
