Hello,

by looking at the source code of the Palm OS MemoryMgr.c (available as part
of the limited Palm OS sources download) this message means that
you passed NULL handle to one of the functions MemHandleLock /
MemHandleUnlock / MemHandleFree / MemHandleResize etc. (The other functions
that can emit this message are used very seldom.)
