It is easy to read the low-density fonts on device with high-density screen,
like Zire71. In fact, the low-density fonts is normal fonts used on all Palm
devices with 160x160 screen. It is not specially tiny at all.

Here is a screenshot on simulator ( http://testing2.servehttp.com/ ) after I
used Dave's code ( http://www.escribe.com/computing/pcpqa/m79132.html ) to
display the low-density fonts on high-density screen. It is more clear to
read on LCD high-density screen.
