OK, but my point was that it looks like the current, active form is not being closed because it's not being cleaned up. The new form is being overlayed on top of the old one and its a mess. Any idea what could be causing that?
Returning true for your frmCloseEvent handler will keep the OS from finishing the cleanup of your form.
