I'm testing JpegArmlet. However, it is necessary to assign the dimension before calling the Armlet decoding routine. Then the image will stretch according to the dimension specified.
My image is sometimes 250x250, 100x100, 200x200, 180x180, .... etc. but I can't check the dimension with the Jpeg file in advance.
