JpegArmlet can keep the original dimension if the image size is smaller than
the dimensions specified. It is problem of my conduit that fill the original
image with white color to make it as 320x320 and thus the image become
smaller after reduction of the specified dimensions passed to Armlet
library.

It's myself problem. Sorry to disturb any of you!
