I am looking for a journal or circular that would be a good source to publish a paper on a Palm application. Where do most programmers send descriptions of their programs? Thanks very much for your help.
The only print publication where I've seen Palm OS programming articles has been Dr. Dobb's Journal. There are Palm OS user-oriented articles in PalmTop, Handheld Computing, and Pen Computing. PalmSource may also be willing to publish interesting articles in the developer knowledge base -- contact me for details.
