I did an Invoicing application in about 300 hours - did not include the
Conduit.  This particular Invoicing app had quite a bit of complexity - it
had to interface to other apps/databases, handle multi-national taxes, and
some real ugliness involving product groupings that had to be
defined/completed at entry time (think tree and branches)
