I want to know when the scrollbar redraw last time.I want to call SetScrollBarPos and WinScreenLock manually. After it redraw,I call WinScreenUnlock.so it don't jump back.
Just don't pass the faulty sclRepeatEvent to the scrollbar -- instead, post your own sclExitEvent with the final values to shut it up.
