Does someone have an example file that has both low density and high density images defined.
The standard RCP files that get generated by the CodeWarrior project wizard have bitmap families with both low and high density images. They are ICONFAMILYEX items, rather than BITMAPFAMILYEX, but the syntax is very similar -- just change the keyword and add an ID.
I don't know how to satisify the requirement that PilRC Designer not crash. Unfortunately, since the tool isn't being maintained anymore, as far as I know, there's no way to get bugs fixed or update it for the latest PilRC syntax.
