DmDeleteDatabase question

I do a DMFindDatabase to get an index and if nonzero I do a 
DmDeleteDatabse using the index ... get a fatal error with following 
stack trace:

I know the database is present from nonzero index ... what's with the 
Overlay routine and why can't I delete the database? ... database is not 
open either.

I'm using POSE 3.5 with PalmOS35 -english debug.
