if you have the mathlib source code, you can develop your own static library, and no prc is needed for the customer . @_@
Most of the mathlib source is from the FDLIBM library (the sincos function is an exception), but the source for the mathlib has been relicened under the GPL, so to include it in your application, you need to adapt the original source. FDLIBM can be downloaded from http://www.netlib.org/fdlibm/.
