Yes! I think that we are having the same problem... I will try what José dos Santos Machado said to fix the problem, but, in my case, i developed my app and i have the source code to change....
In your case, your palm is having problem while installing the original apps that came with it... It's sound me that your palm has a hardware problem or, an app that came with it has a bug that make your palm crash after install. In this case, try to download the lastest version of apps and install "one by one", to discover witch app is bad. Bye!!!
