I have already read the DynamicInputAreas.pdf and looked at SampleCollapse
plus other stuff which seem to indicate that one needs the PinMgr which does
not appear to be supported by the Pocket Studio development system. I am
hoping someone has an alternative approach particularly as I would like to
avoid having to have users install the two .prc files that seem to be neede to
get the PinMgr to work. I want to create an app thaty can be put on a memory
card card given to a user who just puts the card into a Palm T3 and runs it
without the need to any installations etc.
