- BUGFIX: Reverted the change in 1.0.18.5 to link statically with MFC
and CRT. This causes some memory allocation issues.

I just posted an update to repair the -o command line option on PalmGear
which I broke in 1.0.19.0.
Just in case: -o is used to dump the rcp from a prc without starting the
UI (e.g.: PRCExplorer myapp.prc -o myapp.rcp)
