Haven't tried this but consider scope of "i"... you're defining the 
value *in* the loop by putting the UInt32 in the for argument.  I'll bet 
if you define i outside the loop and leave out the UInt32 within the for 
argument, the values will agree.

entered that statement!
Instead of "i<previewWidth*previewHeight", I tried i<76800 but that
crashes the application!
I don't know why this is happening!
