The importance of using current documentation

I just wanted to emphasize that when referencing the Palm OS API, it's 
important to use the most recent documentation available.  Right now, that 
means the PDF files that are included with the PODS 1.0 alpha build that 
I've just posted about.

I was just looking up information on EvtSetNullEventTick.  The 
documentation for this API has finally been cleaned up to correctly 
indicate that its used to set the "send nilEvent by this tick" internal 
variable; older API docs indicated that it set a nilEvent period which was 
incorrect.
