Can't Reset Tungsten E

I just did something to my Tungsten E while testing my program. It's 
stuck at "Palm Powered" and won't reset. It won't hard reset (holding 
up) either. It won't power off.

What should I do?
When the battery wears out, will it be fixed? Is there a quicker way to 
fix it? I need to use it now.
