When run on the 5.2 or 5.4 simulators it returns a NETERRINTERNAL error from the netlibreceive call. The socket is properly bound because I can see the simulator sending the packet on a network analyzer and the response coming back. Unfortunately the simulators don't have a debug log like POSE does (at least I've never found it) so it is not possible to see the actual winsock error code that is getting translated.
