Just a little note that is not really relevant to this discussion, this
only applies to the actual letters �, � and � in the Swedish alphabeth.
Other diactrics such as � are not separate letters, also 'v' and 'w'
should be considered interchangable in a proper swedish sort order. Also
Norweigan (both languages) and Danish do not use theese letters they
have their own.
