Is it possible for a PACE app to access the Schema databases on a Cobalt device (in any way: directly or via PNO)?
There's no mechanism from PACE. You may be able to make a Palm OS Protein shared library that does schema DB access and call that library from a 68K application, but I don't have a lot of details on that mechanism right now.
