Roberto, it sounds like just setting an alarm would be perfect. Read
the docs on AlmSetAlarm() and the like. It's not hard to do. Bob.

You could probably use alarms if your program
isn't doing very much. The first alarm could be
set at HotSync time. Of course, it probably
depends on what you mean by "send me some
messages".
