Oh, ok, I hear it now. I was pushing the middle one hehe. It doesn't seem to affect the framerate in my program, I can still get much higher than it.
What I think it is, it is beeping everytime it produces a keyRepeatEvent (or whatever it exacly is). I am polling in my game, and it responds at a much higher "resolution". -----Original Message----- From: Thomas McCarthy [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, June 23, 2004 11:19 PM To: Nathan Black Subject: RE: 5-Way Navigator Question Any program that is running will make the clicking sound when any of the 4 navigation buttons are pushed. If the middle, fifth button is pushed, no sound is heard. If you are at the main, opening screen and you push the buttons it will make the clicking sound as the Palm scrolls up and down or does nothing. If you drop down the menu item, where the time is located at the top left of the screen, the buttons will cause the menu items to scroll through the options. I really appreaciate your help. Still don't hear anything. What application is running when you do this? -----Original Message----- From: Thomas McCarthy [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, June 23, 2004 10:44 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: 5-Way Navigator Question It's a T3. Do you have your sounds turned on? I have mine on System Sound - Medium. What do you mean by polling them at a much higher rate? Thanks for your help. What model is it? I really don't think so, since I'm polling them at a much higher rate and I am getting a good responce back.
