        And as long as the licensed software, with the GPL code written by
someone else incorporated into it (if modified and distributed publically,
or sold publically), is made available publically.

        You can't just "add" clauses to the GPL license, as a developer
using that license, if you choose. If you do, you are directly violating
the letter of, and the spirit of that license. If that is your desire,
then write your code under the BSD license, which allows this kind of use
clause.

        The GPL does not. It is very clear on that point.
