MySQL and QT (KDE) also have dual licensing. Try to read about them to get an idea of what you can do. I am not sure but both licenses you can use freely to make free software (respecting GPL license) but if you use them to commercial porpuses you must pay I-don�t-know-what. I think it is what you want.

Perl has dual licensing, for example (Artistic and GPL). Like another user mentioned above, GPL is very clear and strict about code inclusion.
