Hi Ben,

Today's web cast was really interesting to me!

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Being a junior palm developer I learned a lot out of it.
Actually, it was the first time ever I looked at the palm os architecture
:). Can u tell me when and where I can get access to the slides and audio of
today's web cast!

The webcast can be replayed on AT&T Wireless's developer site once they get it uploaded, probably early next week.

The thing is, in my app I want to play some streaming audio/video. User
visits some website and clicks on some audio click which should start
playing.

I've seen both streaming audio and video working on Palm OS. Streaming audio works quite well in Pocket Tunes, while streaming video can be played in Kinoma Player.

In the web cast I heard that some audio i/o API is there which can help
solving this problem. Do u think it is possible? Will I need to make use of
exchange manager too to accomplish this?

I was referring to the standard Sound APIs. My use of streaming referred to the sound callback mechanism documented in the Palm OS API reference.
