In my app, I want to run some task in the background and allow the user to interact with the GUI, which may even stop the task running in the background! As a solution, I am thinking about implementing Procedure Alarm! Is it advisable to implement this to solve my problem? I read about it but it is kind of confusing for me! Do we have access to some sample application implementing procedure alarm?
