I tried deleting the forms and set the EventHandler for that form to just
display
the form. I removed all references from the Resource header file, and still
getting
the problem. Shouldn't that have taken care of the problem?

This may mean that you've got a default button set for the List and Detail
forms that isn't actually set to the ID of one of your form's
buttons. What OS version are you running? Have you tested your
application on the Palm OS Emulator using a Palm OS 4.1 debug ROM?
