Is there any way I can trace the shared library function calls and intermediate values being generated there? Do we have option of maintaining log file on device just like the one we have for emulator?
If this is possible, please provide me with a pointer to such API!

As for debugging your shared library -- you can do that with CW. You need to add the shared library PRC file to the "Other Executables" list in the project settings of an application that uses the library. I talk about it in the archives here and maybe in a web posting too.
