error: App info string too long

sorry if this has been covered before but I didnt find anything in the archives.

I get the following error when calling CategoryInitialize():

category.c, Line:1529, App info string too long

here's the xml for my appinfostring resource:

I've tried varying the number of pre-defined categories in the above resource wirhout success. Does anyone have any idea where I could be going wrong?
