Thanks Dave. Can you tell me anything else about your card and the process
involved? (Contact me off-list if that works better for you). Particularly
I was wondering; have you in fact tried the finished product on an OS 5.x
device, and did it work alright there? As you know, the docs all say that
the devices will (might) not support SPI mode after OS 4.x, but there is no
follow-up on that and I have not read that manufacturers have had to recall
SDIO devices due to their failing with OS 5 devices

I read for hours yesterday and it certainly looks as if the MMCA is a
cheaper way to go, but that it only works in SPI mode (I think) (I still
have another couple of hundred pages of reading to do).

Anyway, I appreciate your feedback on this matter. Obviously the enticing
thing about this is not only that I have need of an input device that nobody
else makes, but also that there are so few others doing this and I would
like to find a nice niche market to work for the next couple of years, to
get my business up and running. :-)

Take care,
