Look into the sysNotifyHelperEvent notification (kHelperNotifyActionCodeEnumerate, kHelperNotifyActionCodeValidate, and kHelperNotifyActionCodeExecute).
You might also want to look at the sysAppLaunchCmdGoToURL Launch code.
